I was sent to this establishment by Assurant for a repair, and my appointment was scheduled for 4 PM. As soon as I walked in, there was no wait at all—the gentleman immediately took my phone and said it would be about 45 minutes. I only had a tiny scratch, but since I’m planning to upgrade and I know Apple doesn’t play about phone condition, I went ahead with the repair.
I left, grabbed a drink at the bar, and came back at 4:50 PM. Sure enough, the phone was ready right on time. I dropped my phone at 9am, shattering the screen. I dropped it off at CPR phone repair at 10:30, and by noon the same day my phone was repaired. The technician was reassuring and optimistic my phone could be repaired and he was right!! I thought I was going to have to buy a new phone but CPR cell phone saved the day.☺️
