They were very welcoming and detailed. Did my nails effectively in an efficient amount of time . I brought my daughter the next day and she enjoyed her nails ??. I have had 2 different services by Tammy and enjoyed them. Tammy definitely does a fantastic job on ur nails and feet, she actually does the whole foot (not just ur toes). The only problem I have is, the upkeep of the salon, I think it could be kept up a little better. Its not dirty, but its not organized either (especially that back room where they do the lashes). When she handed me the menu for the pedicures, I almost didn't want to touch it, I just think they can do better with the shop management as well as answering the phone. I’ve been a long-time customer since Before Vicky used to own the shop. I have NEVER experienced crooked and lying as much as they do. Now it’s always something wrong with the pay machine. Tammy waits until you have received service then tells you the device doesn’t work. Now you have to pay the service fee, or depending on the customer? She will say use your pen number. She has been having an excuse about that one machine, and her prices change depending on if she tells you or her brother who makes up his prices.I’ve got to find myself a new shop.
