I had my first appointment with Dr. Sarah Moon for acupuncture. I was excited to try a session with her based on her biography on the website. I contacted Resilient Health to verify my appointment was with her and they said yes. On my arrival of the appointment I was instead greeted by another acupuncturist who informed me that the other lady cancelled. It would have been nice to know beforehand but I understand things happen. However, when I tried to book with her for follow up appointments none were available for the times I'm available after work. I’ve been going to acupuncture with Kristy for a few months now and it has helped me immensely in managing pain, anxiety, and digestion troubles. She is so knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients!
The moment I first walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a super clean environment. Kristy, Jennifer, and Sarah are the nicest most caring genuine people I’ve ever met and the world would be a better place if all healthcare professionals were like them. They listen to me, want me to get better, and are very accommodating to my needs. They truly care about their clients and are passionate about what they do.
