I have never had a problem here. I started seeing Dr Robinson at this facility because Security Medical Clinic became a freaking messy place to go.Dr R retired, I stayed and seen Dr Heleski, she retired, so I saw Nurse Furr (the BEST). Loved her. But now she has left.For anyone looking for nice staff, not long wait times, please visit Hunt Valley location.But by all means, avoid White Marsh- rude "people" and very unprofessional! And avoid the one near Security Mall also. I don't know what happened there but they are rude af now also. Just read the reviews!We do NOT have to take any of this!! Myeisha Furr NP is an amazing provider. She values your input and you feel like partners versus a number. She is thorough and looks at your wellness through the lens as a whole person. The office staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
Dr Moye is Amazing, the staff act like they don't want to work half the time... I've asked 3 times for them to fax my sons vaccine records to his school within a 3 week period, silly of me to think that they actually did it,. They never faxed it. I live an hour away from them and they couldn't even do this one thing for me. Today I'm receiving an email from the school threatening to put my son out of school. And I know for a fact that he told them to fax it because I spoke to Dr. M, ... I wish I could separate the rating between staff and doctor. smh UGH!
