The medical care is fine. BUT…
Playing loud music in an ENT waiting room really makes no sense. I suffer tinnitus and it hurt my ears the whole time ringing. Other people come here with various similar issues. Turn the music off or at least turn it way down.
Also, if you have play music, how about something soothing rather than rocking?
Dr. Ramirez is a great physician. He is very patient and knowledgeable. He listens and is very attentive to my questions and concerns. Shayla is very pleasant and has a wonderful personality. I have recommended the Hunt Valley office to all my family and friends.
Dr.Martin is a great physician! She is very caring, kind and considerate. She took her time in the exam room and explained everything just fine to me and my husband. I would recommend anyone schedule with Dr.Martin at this practice!?
