One of the worst places I have ever visited so far. I used to have a primary care physician who left the practice and I was never told that I should find a new practitioner or was transferred to a new one. I had to follow up and ask for it and then I was told that my primary care physician left the practice and I was given an appointment after 4 months to meet a new one. Upon my arrival at 10:08 a.m. for my 10:00 a.m. appointment I was told that I need to reschedule because there is no grace period anymore now.
Even though I was told that I should be arriving at 9:45 a.m. I was never told that there is absolutely no grace period at all and that would lead to the reschedule of appointment.
I will suggest everybody to stay away from this practice please because they are highly unprofessional and do not accommodate even minor delays. If you're looking for a better quality care and compassionate practice, better find some other place. I certainly have left this practice today.

I have been a patient of hunt valley for years and each time I go back it has been getting worse and more disorganized. Today I had a video visit I have been waiting 3 weeks for when I get on the video visit which I was on for over an hour I get a notification that the office is running late then nothing so after an hour waiting I call the office and wait on hold for 15 minutes I am told the doctor who never showed up had to skip me and go to the next person . This sucks cause I need my meds now I don't know what I am going to do. Please help me

At Hunt Valley office.
The medical care is fine. BUT…
Playing loud music in an ENT waiting room really makes no sense. I suffer tinnitus and it hurt my ears the whole time ringing. Other people come here with various similar issues. Turn the music off or at least turn it way down.
Also, if you have play music, how about something soothing rather than rocking?

They want to bill me $40 for sending a message to my pcp via the app, asking if there is an earlier appointment. They sent me a message a containing “8 WORDS” that the closest appointment is next week.
They BILLED ME FOR A SENTENCE. Will it be paid? Nope never… Not even close.

Dr. Ramirez is a great physician. He is very patient and knowledgeable. He listens and is very attentive to my questions and concerns. Shayla is very pleasant and has a wonderful personality. I have recommended the Hunt Valley office to all my family and friends.

Dr.Martin is a great physician! She is very caring, kind and considerate. She took her time in the exam room and explained everything just fine to me and my husband. I would recommend anyone schedule with Dr.Martin at this practice!?

Saw Dr. Martin at the Hunt Valley location for the first time today. Happy that I now have a competent Primary Care Physician. She lisrens and she is easy to talk with and doesn't rush. Staff at the facility could not be more hospitable to me. They went out of their way to help me with my disabilities. I am pleased!

Don’t know where to start. Every aspect, was subpar. every employee with whom I interacted communicated poorly and gave me erroneous information, from front desk, to tech, to physician. Really poor. This is an anomolie as I believe general quality of care at GBMC exceeds what’s going on in this clinic.

I have been a patient here for a long time and previously thought very highly of this office. In the last year, this office has gone downhill significantly.
This office seems to have difficulty maintaining doctors on staff. They seem short staffed in all areas which has been awful to deal with. My last visit was virtual and the NP was late. I asked a question about billing which she didn’t know the answer to, so I have now been on hold for 20 minutes trying to get in contact with someone in the office.
The care itself is not good. It doesn’t seem like the staff are very knowledgeable either. Based on my last 2 visits, this office seems to slap bandaids on bullet holes, charge you for it, then leave you just as sick as you started with no real solutions. For 2 very different and very real medical issues, the NP recommended ibuprofen and to “tough it out” which is just not real care in my opinion.
I miss the previous doctors. Things were relatively fine from 2012-2021.

Love Dr. Ramirez. He's compassionate, listens to concerns and helps me in every way possible with my multiple health issues.The staff is also wonderful, including his assistant and blood lab staff.
