Winslow Well and Pump company of Hollywood Maryland is POOR company to try to do business with. For more than a month, they have promised to give me an estimate on the cost to install a new well pump at my home. 20 years ago, Winslow installed my existing pump, and I wanted to stay with the same company to install a new one. After calling NUMEROUS times and speaking with Kelly Winslow, and after repeated promises to give me an estimate, I have NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING WHATSOEVER!!! Great. I called everybody within a reasonable distance of Lusby, and ended up with the folks at Winslow. I have never had a well before, so I needed quite an education - Wells for Dummies would have been appropriate. Kelley was the only one who really talked me through the process. She explained everything, answered a ton of questions and talked about my options. Winslow got the job done quickly, professionally, and without added expenses quoted by other providers.

Had a broken well pipe near the well cap. Let them know my water was coming in brown in the house and they came the next day and took care of it. Thank you!
