I entered into a contract with Towne Craft Builders in 2018 to rebuild my beach house in Calvert County. We started with an initial contract to get through 5 different phases of design/preparedness/permitting. Stu, the owner, was responding quickly initially. Over time, though, he began to contact me and return my calls less frequently. Eventually he delivered 2 house design samples that were terrible and included none of my input/wishlist. After that he never returned any of my calls/emails and basically ran off with $1k of mine. I'm just happy it wasn't much worse and only happened at the initial stages.My previous review was removed for some unknown reason.Service: Consultation
