“After my previous unsuccessful laser experience at a highly advertised chain laser hair removal place that I will not name for the sake of being kind - I had given up on laser and thought I couldn’t possibly fully experience zero hair growth and I would be chained to the razor routine forever. After a friends recommendation to come to Capital Laser, I made an appointment with Sue and was so so thankful I did!!! She sat me down and explained the ins and outs of the process and what was actually happening with the laser. I still only have a small understanding of what’s going on but what I do know is: 1. I’m so smooth
2. I trust Sue and her equipment completely
3. I’m prebooking my next appointment
