I appreciate the understanding when I had to cancel my appointment on May 14 2026 due to my mom suddenly passing away that same day. I was worried about the late cancellation fee but the Cultura staff was understanding and no cancellation charge.
When it was time to book again after coming back in town from the funeral etc, I scheduled for July 31 2026. On the way to that appointment, I unexpectedly got a flat tire. Cultura staff was understandable again, and no cancellation charge applied (I did offer to show receipts of the flat tire but they said no need to) and they rebooked me for the following day on August 1, 2026.

Cultura Dermatology & Plastic Surgery is the GREATEST of them all in the Washington, DC VA area. I know there are other similar services but let me TELL YOU about my WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!! I had my 1st appointment for complexion blending services on 6-24-26, and I received nothing but TOP NOTCH services from the time I walked into the door until exiting. The staff, ALL OF THEM, were super nice, helpful, friendly, professional and had shown TOP NOTCH customer service skills.
