Annabelle was super friendly on the phone and said she’d do what she could to have someone come by that day, but it may not be until the next day, which I was fine with. Jay the technician was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He didn’t have the part he needed on his truck, but picked up the part he needed and immediately came back and fixed my heat pump.

This is the first time I’ve ever used Marathon to service my HVAC unit but it won’t be my last. Overall just a great experience. I couldn’t recommend Marathon more.
