Called Marathon for the first time, as my heat pump had failed. They scheduled service for us immediately, and within a couple hours Marathon's tech came, diagnosed the problem, and got us heat on a very cold night.I would highly recommend Marathon Service Company, --- they're responsive to your needs, very polite and professional, and without a doubt, extremely knowledgeable. Marathon's service charges are fair and reasonable.

Was having issues with my mini splits. We called them at 9am, by 11:15 they Chris and Jay were already diagnosing and fixing the problems. 90 minutes later, I have heat! Nice people, great service. Thank y’all very much.
