Charlie installed a new garbage disposal in our home, and it required considerably more work due to reworking some piping. The job was done without any further issues, and even though it took a lot longer for Charlie to complete the job, he stuck by the estimate that he gave us originally. We had a complicated plumbing problem, I went through a large company that had a very expensive solution and a small company that had no solution. Someone recommended Emmerson. I called Charlie and he went above and beyond, found the issue and fixed it without a major repair job. I'm a new homeowner in Havre de Grace and its nice to know that i'll have one plumber for as long as I live here.
