Spoke to Desiree when I called at 8:05 am and immediately knew she would get my issue addressed if it were possible to make it happen. She called back to say a technician could be out between 9:30 and 10:00. The technician, Alex, arrived at 9:45 am. He was professional and gave excellent communication of the issue. The fix included his having to go to the warehouse to get the needed part. The repair was all done by around 10:55 am. The entire experience: Excellent!
