It’s ridiculous the service these people give you also don’t do anything to help resolve the issue this is the 3 time I order glasses with them and they NEVER come back in time I have waited over 4 weeks for a pair of glasses … it’s just terrible service

William at Visual Your Eyes in Greenbelt Mall is truly amazing. He is very attentive, always follows up with a call back, and consistently finds solutions no matter the situation. His knowledge and professionalism make every visit smooth and stress-free.
What really stands out is his pleasant personality and his ability to remain calm, composed, and gracious—even when the place is extremely busy. He manages to keep everything flowing while making sure everyone is taken care of.

I am highly disappointed with the unprofessional experience I encountered with this practice. As a new patient, I scheduled my appointment weeks in advance. However, the day before my visit, I was informed that I needed to contact my insurance to verify a claim that I had not submitted. I explained to the front desk representative that I had never seen an eye doctor before and was unsure how this issue occurred. Despite this, I was advised to proceed with my appointment.
