For us, based on our experience over the past several years, Canales Service LLC has earned our respect in all regards, and has become our "go to" contractor for keeping our Downs on the Severn home in good repair. Recent tasks include replacing cedar siding (as needed), exterior painting (home and our boathouse), interior plaster repair and painting, roof replacement (including plywood panels as needed), and skylight replacement (six).Their proposals and billing invoices are detailed; material costs and labor time rates are reasonable. We recommend them whole-heartedly.
We hired Canales LLC to repoint a waist high brick facade, extend a privacy fence by 25 feet, and replace the aluminum and soffit around our home. Erick and Mary Ella were communicative in providing a quote, discussing the project, and providing a timeline for each stage of the work. Amazingly, they were able to provide a crew to complete everything in two days. Additionally, they cleaned up the site and somehow removed and replaced the existing gutters around a large immovable pergola in our backyard. All in, the cost was much more reasonable (not so low it made us nervous) than larger contractors with much lower ratings.
This is our second time using Canales Services, LLC, and we were as happy this time with the roofing, gutter, and chimney work as we were the first time we used their services, especially with the cost, quality, and professionalism of the work and services provided by Erick and his team—highly recommended!Services: Gutter repairs
