The company is respected among the roofing industry by both colleagues and clients. Quality workmanship, attention to detail, aesthetics and maximized efficiency balanced with safety are the focus on every project.
Clients describe great experiences with this group. One client reports that three roofers said the roof had to be replaced, but Ruff was able to repair it in 2 days. From start to finish, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were unmatched. The team was prompt, courteous, and incredibly skilled, leaving no detail overlooked. The work was completed on time and within budget, and the end result was flawless. The team went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.
For a cedar shake roof on an 18th century brick home with a modern addition, five different companies were interviewed. The estimate and written proposal provided by Ruff Roofers was clear and concise. Although the estimate was not the cheapest, professionalism and timeliness gave great confidence in the company. Ruff Roofers also had the staff to replace a cedar siding wall. The roofing crew was comprised of six roofers and two metal workers for the copper valleys and flashing work. The roofing and metal leads were meticulous and consummate professionals, as was the entire crew. The job site was thoroughly cleaned up at the end of every day. The end result is breathtaking, and the redone siding work is beautiful.
