Everyone at the practice is professional. It's caring patient care all the way around. Dr. Alavi is caring and concerned about your health and your progress to better health. I find it easy to get appointments, tele-med service is great. Nurse Practitioner / PA's are there to see you or tele-med if you have the flu or something where you don't really need to see your primary. From check-in reception desk, to the wonderful people that do your blood pressure and get your ready for your appointment, everyone is great. The nicest kindest nurses that draw your blood. I'm indebted forever for the great care.
I absolutely love Dr. Alavi! I have gone several years without a PC because I could not find one that actually listened to me and cared about how I felt. She listens, thinks, recommends, refers, treats with patience, respect professionalism. Because she is proactive she does not need to be reactive.
