IQ Computer Services is a LIFESAVER!!!!!!! Maaaan ALL of my life files, work files, kids files, family photos and more were on my hard drive. When it randomly crashed, I did not know what to do or if I would ever get the files back. I contacted IQ and they were extremely knowledgeable of the issue and confident that things would be resolved. Long story short, they restored all of my files and they gave me a brand new hard drive.
