I went to the Hillmeade Location on 11/30/22 to get a flu shot. Two days before, I stopped in to inquire about the hours to get the flu shot. I was told any day until closing. Anyway, when I arrived, I went to the second floor. Nobody came out. After about 20 minutes, I called Kaiser's main line and was told you have to make an appointment for a Flu shot. The next available appointment offered was a week away. I complianed. "You will need to speak to member services. I asked for a warm handoff because you can never get member services on the phone, which the appointment person could not either. And so, after about an hour, I decided to leave. As I was leaving the person at the front desk inquired if everything went well. I explained the above, and she responded that I did not need an appointment and to go back to the second floor. To make a long story short, after waiting another 30 minutes no one came out and I left without getting a flu shot. There was literally only three other people there. This location is never busy, but you still have to wait as if it is. Thanks, Kaiser for wasting 2 hours of my time. that I can never get back. I am giving these 3 stars because the front desk staff and the person on the phone tried to help.
