I went to the Hillmeade Location on 11/30/22 to get a flu shot. Two days before, I stopped in to inquire about the hours to get the flu shot. I was told any day until closing. Anyway, when I arrived, I went to the second floor. Nobody came out. After about 20 minutes, I called Kaiser's main line and was told you have to make an appointment for a Flu shot. The next available appointment offered was a week away. I complianed. "You will need to speak to member services.
