Dr Allen & her staff are fantastic. Dr Allen has been my doctor for many years and my husband noticed what she does for me and decided to change doctors before we got married. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. When I call one of the staff, I know I will get the help I need. It is great knowing you have a team to help with all your health needs.
Dr. Allen is a good doctor without a doubt!!!!..but most of the other staff, not all has caused the atmosphere of th office visit to be stale, dull and unprofessional...The office does not seem inviting as it use to be years ago...I wish her the best!!!!...I have considered firmed up my notion to leave yet, but have thought about it...
Dr Allen is a great doctor and I hate to leave her due to her office staff. I was scheduled for a physical today at 1130am and I get to the office the office ignored me for about 20 minutes and tells me that I am not in the system for appointment that I scheduled by phone back in December and nobody tried to resolve the situation at all so I walked out. This isn’t good and this isn’t the first time.
