PHENOMENAL!!!!! On EVERY level!!! Marcus from IQ Computers is a God-send!!! I had a "swollen battery!" Who knew that was a thing??? My computer was COMPLETELY distended -- the keyboard was literally WAVY and it had bulging areas all over!!! My touch pad was even separating from the keyboard!! Yeah, it was THAT BAD!!! I was able to get a SAME DAY appointment with Marcus from IQ and my computer was completed THE NEXT DAY!!!! The part came in early and they took care of it!!! My computer is back!!! Looking normal and working beautifully!!! AND when I had an issue with the internal wireless receiver, Marcus recommended an external wireless adapter AND walked me through the process, providing PHENOMENAL remote assistance!! I will ALWAYS go to IQ Computer Services for all of my computer needs!!! There simply aren't enough words to express my gratitude for Marcus and his crew!!!! I HIGHLY recommend them!!! Don't even waste your time looking elsewhere! They are THE BEST!!!!!!
