I wasn't sure if I wanted wax or thread, as I've done both in the past, but I ended up going with threading and my brows came out so clean and neat. And Maddie was so patient and kind with a son bringing in his Mom for a late Mother’s Day present-they even got a double membership. The place is so clean-and spa like, they even have a separate hose to spray down the tanning booth after each guest. I usually don’t go to this location, but i thought they deserved an honest review. “I have been very disappointed by my one year membership experience at this location. Over the course of the year, I had different therapists and none except for one did the massage well or did not cut a significant amount of time from the 50 to 60 min of service you are supposed to get. I cannot wait until my membership runs out to stop Going there. I have been to other Massage Envy places in other states and this one should either close down or change their therapists. Clients definitely do not get their money’s worth.“
