The service I received today was horrible. My full set was done by the tech at station #18. I’m giving two stars because I’ve been here before and it was okay. I’ve never been impressed, but they typically get the job done. I am so dissatisfied with my nails today. The tech seemed to be rushing, no attention to detail. The shape is uneven, acrylic is thick and uneven and polish is not smooth. I brought it to her attention and it was brushed off and she had the audacity to try and push on more services to me. I wanted to get my eyebrows done, but considering how my nails were handled, I declined. So disappointed….

This place is always clean and have enough staff (barely wait) that are efficient, attentive & accommodating. I always come to this place because they have good sanitary practices- like they open the sanitized tools in front of you, uses new towels and plastic cover for foot spa. They also have a separate room if you want your eyebrows waxed/ get in a good shape. They have varied options for manicure and foot spa. You will surely get pampered… it’s just a bit pricey though- services are getting higher every time I go there.

I have been using this business since moving to Glen Burnie.. always pleased but today was horrible. I got a full set that look like someone slapped Butterbean on my hands and painted them.not to mention they look like ski slopes also.. The edges are jagged.. horrible.. the lady ignored me when I reported they didn't look rite.. not to mention no lotion placed on my hands and the pedicure was rushed..200 dollars wasted I guess I will be finding a new nail salon.Services: Acrylic nails
