John is just a straight shooter very honest very kind. I actually canceled my appointment probably seven times but I'm really glad It didn't stick. I'm in real estate and I work with a lot of contractors and John was probably one of the best HVAC technicians I've ever talked to. Very happy I had him in my home

Great experience and knowledge and good customer service. However the only concern and issue I have is one of the service Technicians should have known better to pour the excess dirty water that was removed from the wash machine repair. I expected that he would use the toilet or outside to dispose of the water, however he used the bathroom sink to dispose of the water. But overall two good that was very professional and knowledgeable. Great work done!
