I called this place multiple times, at least 10 times, on different days of the week, all during their opening hours. Despite my repeated attempts, they never picked up. I live far from the location and didn’t want to drive all the way there to be told they couldn’t repair my device type or to be given an exorbitant price. I wanted to make sure before making the trip. It’s incredibly frustrating when businesses do this. Once, okay maybe they were busy, but over 10 calls and different days of the week clearly indicate their lack of professionalism.
Despite never getting an answer, I urgently needed my device repaired and couldn’t wait any longer, so I made the 40-minute drive anyway. It was Saturday, my only day off, so I wanted to take advantage of it. Their Google listing clearly states Saturday hours are 12:00–4:00 PM. I arrived at 1:35 PM — well within those hours — only to find a small handwritten note taped to the door saying their “new hours” are 10 AM–2 PM, Monday to Friday. No Saturday hours at all. Hours they never bothered to update on their Google page.
I wasted 40 minutes of driving x 2, gas money (at these prices, that’s not nothing), and came away more frustrated than when I started. If you can’t answer your phone, can’t update your business hours online, and can’t post advance notice of a schedule change, that’s not just an inconvenience — it’s a complete disregard for your customers’ time. I still have an unrepaired device and nothing to show for the trip.

Do not come here to get your Laptop fixed ..I brought in a HP Envy touchscreen to get my screen fixed because it was cracked its been 3 weeks they initially order the replacement screen but told me it was cracked when it arrived so I had to wait for another part to shipped in ...also the customer support is not the best the technician seems very inexperienced..another thing is he also took my laptop apart and try to configure why the screen wasnt coming on...SO BASICALLY HE BROKE MY LAPTOP INSTEAD OF FIXING IT!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! TAKE YOUR ELECTRONICS ELSE WHERE !!!

I had a great experience with this computer repair service. My computer motherboard was DEAD! I also needed a new battery and trackpad. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly. The technician was very knowledgeable, explained the problem in simple terms, and fixed everything much faster than I expected.
They were professional, honest about the pricing, and kept me updated throughout the process. When I got my computer back, it was running like new again. I really appreciate the quality service and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs reliable computer repair.

Hello, I typically do not write reviews but the service at the Repair Shack was extraordinary, they took their time with my laptop repair, and even though it was too finicky to resolve, I appreciate their transparency, and honesty here. 10/10 would recommend.

My phone is damaged really bad, but they took care of it. I be able to retrieved all my stuff from my old phone to the new one as I didn't back up everything that's in my phone. I really need all that important stuff on my phone. Their business cares about their customers.I am thankful for everything you all did.
