I called in very last minute explaining that I broke my nail when traveling and was hoping I could get in so it could be fixed while I waited on my layover. They not only took me, but did so when they were closing. They were very friendly and accommodating. The lady who did my nails fixed it, found the exact match in color, and shaped it perfectly. I was very impressed and would definitely come here if ever in the Baltimore area again.
I made an appointment with Lily...while applying the acrylic, I messed up one of my nails...she fixed it, no attitude or disappointment. She did amazingly with what I asked for and she even added her own touch to it. Light conversation, but I'm not in the best of moods and she did her best to get me in a better one. It worked lol. I adore my nails.
I've been going there for years. I've tried many other shops locally and on vacations, and none have been as good as Protips. I've been going to Linda for years. She gives me perfect pedicures, and her beautiful, kind personality makes this chore a pleasure.
