We have a German Shepherd that was trained and have been long time customers of Metropolitan K-9. Greg uses positive feedback (treat reward) reinforcements for correct behavior. He taught us by demonstration and return demonstrations how to train our dog. Greg also gives you a detailed plan for referring to when you need help. Most importantly, they just don't drop you, once your paid training period is over. They are available via email or phone for consultation and will come back if you need further help.
