They got rid of my old oil furnace and outdoor AC unit and replaced it with new, smaller and much more compact equipment. Thanks for going the extra mile, the house is warmer already! Great work.

When cleaning out my dryer vent in advance of a new clothes washer/dryer, I damaged the external vent. I called 3 HVAC companies and a dryer vent cleaning service all of which said that they did not perform that repair. Hmm .. an HVAC company that doesn't repair an HVAC vent? I tried MaxAir who (after a brief discussion and pictures) scheduled Joe and his assistant. Joe quickly diagnosed the issue and implemented a very reasonably priced and effective repair. I was very impressed with the professionalism and quick response and signed an ongoing HVAC maintenance contract (reasonably priced and comprehensive) as a result.
