They showed up over an hour late, Dunkin Donuts cups in hand, complaining about the clients home they just left. I want to first point out that these ladies came with cleaning supplies and equipment from Family Dollar- a fake swiffer, magic erasers and random rags... All they did was move the dirt around.. they didn't sweep or mop anything... I got out of their way, I didn't want them to feel crowded so I didn't see the mess until they left... NOTHING WAS CLEAN.. my kids clean better than they did... I took pictures and immediately contacted them- it's clearly just them no office or manager to handle customer service issues... Awesome service every time! We have used them twice now and they do a very thorough job of cleaning from top to bottom. Would definitely recommend - 5 out of 5 ! ??
