A leak near my bathroom ceiling kept coming back even after two previous repairs from other contractors. These guys finally traced it properly to a hidden gap near flashing that wasn’t visible from outside. They removed the old sealing completely and rebuilt that section instead of layering over it. It took most of the day but felt like a proper fix. I did have to wait a bit longer than expected for scheduling, but since then there hasn’t been any sign of leakage even during heavy rainfall.

You couldn’t beat the estimate that was given and most importantly the quality of the work was excellent. The crew was professional, friendly and clean-up was completed right away. Mike always came by to check on the process until it was completed in the same day.
