I visited Glen Burnie Dental Care in the beginning of the month and was FLOORED by the staff's professionalism! My visit started with a cheerful greeting from Rose whom I initially spoke with to make the appointment. She had my forms ready for signatures and the registration process was efficient & quick. Then I got my x-rays and scans with Ny'Jae (sp), who is just THE SWEETEST! She explained the process and had me at ease. I then met with Dr. Zbin who went over my dental health history and asked what my main concerns were. She addressed all of them, offered solutions all while continuing to make my visit super pleasant. Finally, I met with Maddie, Wonder- Hygienist who was gentle, kind and had my pearlies gleaming! All this to say, this was by far one of the most efficient, easy-going yet thorough dental appointments I've experienced in a while. From the advanced technology to the cheerful spirit of the practice ...and the great music, this just might be my home dental base! Thank you to the Team for making me feel at ease and welcoming me with such kindness. Bless!
