My daughter goes to this shop 5-6 times a year for the last 4 years. I like the good service they provide and how comfortable they make my daughter feel. I would recommend the shop. The owner and the other woman are very nice to my daughter and that is important

I have been a loyal customer of Doussou Hair Braiding for 8 years, and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed! Every time I walk in, I am greeted with warm smiles and exceptional customer service. The stylists are incredibly talented, and my hair always turns out beautiful. Whether I'm looking for a simple style or something more intricate, they never fail to impress. I’ve gone to this place since about 2021. I’ve gone at least once a year to get my box braids done and after yesterday I’m not sure I want to go back. The ladies always seemed nice to me and accommodating. The problem that occurred yesterday is that I called and asked how much they would charge and also asked again when I walked in the door. I was asking for 6 feed in braids and showed them exactly how I wanted them done but after I was done, I was told it’s 100 but they’ll let me go with 80. I had given the girl $80 and she was looking in my wallet as I pulled out my money. The 65 + tip turned into 80 and that’s it. I don’t appreciate people doing business... read full review
