Just left the barbershop after getting my son's hair cut by Jay, and I can’t say enough good things about her! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel comfortable and welcome. Jay was incredibly professional, personable, and knowledgeable. As someone who knows very little about haircuts, I really appreciated how she took the time to explain everything—from how my son’s hairline is shaped to how his hair grows and what that means for choosing the right cut. She even spoke directly to my son about the importance of keeping his hair clean and well cared for. I took my 5 year old son to Chin Up last Sunday for his hair cut and it was a very positive experience. She was very patient,explained things and got the job done. My son does not like getting his hair cut and she was very patient which I appreciate it. We will be back, I plan on making hin appointment very soon! Thank you soooo much for helping make his experience enjoyable. I highly recommend coming to Chin Up for you or your kids cut!
