Carpet Palace 1 on Ordnance Road, just installed two big rooms with carpet and they did a fantastic job. Their men were polite and considerate with moving all our furniture, including a professional pool table and a baby grand piano. Our salesman, Bruce, was wonderful and very professional with giving us a reasonable price.

Bruce was awesome to work with through the process. We took a while to get our basement reno underway because of some hiccups along the way but he was always responsive with questions and changes in timeline. The install team also came out a fixed an issue (that I should have caught the first time during walkthrough) without any question. Their price was also very good compared to some of the other quotes I got.

Carpet Palace is awesome! They did carpet in our four bedrooms and laminate in the laundry room and basement. When there was a manufacturer issue with the laminate, they replaced it for free. Four years later, they even came back to fix a small hump and tidy up a couple of seams. Super friendly team that truly stands behind their work — highly recommend!
