Been going to Jacki for 3 years now. She is the best and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Electrolysis is a longer (and cheaper) process than laser, but the results in my opinion are alot more effective. Just be patient!

Don’t go here if you expect a professional or caring experience. The electrolysis lady here is honestly one of the most rude, snarky, freaky people I’ve ever met. If you don’t show up for an appointment, expect a passive aggressive text from someone who is supposedly a trained doctor (despite keeping dogs in her surgery rooms without notifying the patient). Expect her to ridicule you if you’re not doing everything exactly as she asked, even if you’ve never done a procedure like electrolysis before. She makes you feel uncomfortable during the intake procedure as you can see she is clearly disorganized and scatterbrained. This place deserves to be shut down. Thanks.

I have been going to Bay electrolysis for a few months and only stopped going because I left Maryland. From the moment I walked in, I knew I would be comfortable. She is patient, thorough and answers any questions you have. She is also very affordable compared to other companies! I am very happy that I decided to go with Bay electrolysis. I think you will be very pleased with the results like I am! Overall, very happy with my decision! You won’t regret it.

Jackie is the nicest, most professional person I've had the pleasure of meeting in this area. I've been coming here for the past two years and have never had a poor experience. The office is extremely clean, and all necessary precautions are taken to ensure safety during the pandemic. I can't recommend this place enough!

Extremely professional, informative and competent practitioner. Jackie is not only all of those, she is a great person. I look forward to my treatments with her, whether it is electrolysis, a facial, or a more specialized skin treatment. She is friendly and has a very relaxing demeanor, which enhances the whole experience. Her office space is extremely clean and well equipped, with appropriate personal protective equipment and a piece of chocolate for dessert. Now that’s what I call well equipped! I have been going to her for almost 10 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. I have referred several friends who have remarked that my skin glowed after one of her facials. I cannot recommend her more highly.

Jackie runs a wonderful skin care salon: clean, comfortable, a variety of services offered in a safe and pleasant environment. She explains procedures and doesn't try to talk you into spending more money, just gives you an honest evaluation, which I appreciate. Her office building is private and easy to get to as it is centrally located in AA County. She has a very gentle touch in her treatments and her facials make my skin look better for weeks! Treat yourself, book an appointment!

I am outraged but the one star reviews and have to believe they are vindictive people who asked for the impossible.I have been going to Jackie for over 10 years and have had nothing but the most wonderful treatments and care. I have been a nurse for 40 years so I know quality healthcare when I see it. Jackie is knowledgeable and caring and also very professional.
