I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Alan Weiss and his team. If you are dealing with keloids and looking for a physician who combines clinical excellence with genuine bedside manner, Dr. Weiss is truly exceptional.
From the very first consultation, he demonstrated a deep understanding of keloid formation, treatment options, and long-term management. He took the time to explain not just what he was going to do, but why — outlining the science behind the procedure, the risks, the expected healing process, and realistic outcomes. I never felt rushed or dismissed. Every question I had was answered thoughtfully and thoroughly.
I think Dr. Weiss is an excellent plastic surgeon. I had breast augmentation done when I was 21 years old. I had silicone implants for close to 35 years. Both were getting hard and painful and were leaking out of both encapsulations. I had been putting this off since I also had some major health issues to contend with— rheumatoid arthritis, dishience of my 3rd mobile window missing 47% in my left ear, pulsatile tinnitus 24/7, cervical and lumbar stenosis, Fibromuscular Dysplasia, and Fibromyalgia to name a few.
