Great experience. My refrigerator & freezer was not working and we were very concerned that we were going to lose all the meat in our freezer. We were put in touch with Apple Home Appliance at 8am. We explained our situation and are concerns . They certainly related to our circumstance it said they would do their best to have a technician pay us a visit.. fortunately for us , Raj was assigned the call . Based on the information we provided he felt he had a good idea of what was wrong and we get to us as soon as possible. 2 hours later we got a call from Raj saying he was on his way. I could not be happier! My fridge started having problems over the weekend, and when I called first thing Monday morning, they were able to get a technician to my house the very same day. It originally seemed like the fan was bad and was prepared to replace it (he brought the part with him), but discovered that it was actually just frozen. He freed it up and got it running again, so I didn't even need to spend money on the part! I really appreciate his friendliness and honesty. I'm very happy to have found Apple Appliances, they will certainly be my go-to from here on out!
