They were contracted to deliver and install a dishwasher from Best Buy. The technician gave me a timeframe between 12-3 the day before and then called ahead of time the day of as a reminder.Quickly installed the new dishwasher and disposed of our old one. Was friendly, timely and proficient. Can’t speak to others bad experiences reading some reviews, but that certainly doesn’t represent the experience I had.

Just wanted to comment on the work of Quality Kitchens and Appliances. Nicholas and Josh were here a few hours earlier than expected and did a great job on the installation of our new LG dishwasher which we bought from Best Buy.It was perfectly ok that they were early as they texted beforehand. They were professional, polite, careful with our wood flooring, and they both like dogs too!Nicholas has many years of experience and was the lead. Josh did the heavy lifting.I would highly recommend this team from Quality Kitchens. Thank you!

quality kitchens is a great place, with the best installers I've ever seen.every time they come to my house they do a very professional job.I have no idea what all these bad reviews are, but I can guarantee it's not the company's fault. most of the bad reviews have to do with the big box stores that the customers have ordered appliances from. I have met a bunch of quality kitchens crews and have always had a great experience with them.
