Loved my bikram yoga sessions! My first time trying these new postures.and all of the instructors at Crofton and Annapolis. The yogi and students were so welcoming which made it easy to fit in as a newbie. I wish that you had a studio in my hometown, so you are my new studio in Maryland! I can't wait for my next visit. The app is indispensable!
