On November 13, 2023, I took my two parakeets for a check-up and was met with an exceptional experience. The process of making an appointment was straightforward, complemented by the helpful and friendly front office staff. Dr. Orenstein and his son provided a thorough examination of my birds, astonishingly revealing that one of them was male—a delightful surprise to my wife and me. We had an appointment for our 2 green cheek conures who we suspected had gotten into a fight. Dr. Orenstein was not only knowledgeable, but thorough and had a great calm demeanor with us and our birds. He kept us updated each step of the way and we are truly grateful for him and his staff. Love this place and the many different species we see everyday. State of the art facility, high standards of care here. My own cat who is over 20 years old is a new kitty since she was seen by Dr. Orenstein.
