Snip-its Haircuts for Kids

Very disappointed the 2nd visit with Toni . She do a great job but I have book a haircut appointment for both of my boys and was running literally 8 mins late and they said if you was 10 mins late it would be cancelled . Got there and the receptionist mention that she can only take 1 since she has an appointment coming up and mind you even though I was late she still had someone in her chair . After that I wouldn’t come back due to the unprofessional communication & disappointment.

If you have a special needs child, especially one with ASD, I strongly recommend this location.

Lovely kid-friendly barbershop with clean equipment and friendly faces when you walk in. It was my family's first time here and we felt welcome immediately. Kat is a great help and was so patient and kind to my child. This place works well with and has experience helping neurodivergent kiddos leave feeling confident. Will definitely be back again!

Have had two great experiences here with my son, will definitely keep going back. Welcoming environment, fun extras for kids, and a quick haircut. We’ve seen Toni both times and she’s been able to take my nondescript directions and turn it into a great cut all while keeping him engaged.

This place is amazing! As soon as you walk in it's filled with cool and colorful stuff to look at, which was a huge plus while we waited our turn. My son is autistic and he has a hard time with haircuts and Ms Ashley did AMAZING with him! She caught the hair in her hand to avoid the wet hair falling on him once she was cutting, it was a small detail that was very appreciated! it's a sensory thing for him and it upsets him when hair falls on him. i do believe we will be going to Ms Ashley from now on for his haircuts.

Ms Toni was amazing and got my guy all set for his 5th birthday! His hair looks great and he absolutely loved the experience. Definitely a go-to spot for kids. The other staff seemed super friendly as well!

We've come here a few times now for my four year old daughter and two year old son and have had a good experience each time. The shop runs a very accurate schedule, and you are able to book ahead. The hairdressers listen to the parents and are good with the kids. The kids always get a little style at the end of the cut, which they love.

I live in Salisbury, but I take my autistic son to Snip-its for his haircut. The environment is very kid-friendly and filled with toys. The staff are very friendly, cooperative and accommodating!

Lisa at the Crofton location was absolutely amazing. My 2 year old grandson has spastic cp and autism and she was very kind. She started to use the clippers and stopped immediately since he did not like the noise. She said that she did not want it to be traumatizing for him. She did not force anything on him that he did not like. As this was his first haircut we did not know what to expect. I would highly recommend Lisa. Thank you so much!!
