I had an excellent experience at the Waugh Chapel Physical Therapy facility. My therapist, Chris Wood, is consistently thorough, responsive, knowledgeable, and patient throughout my treatments. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, clearly explain my treatment plan, and answer all of my questions. I never feel rushed, and his attention to detail gave me confidence in the care I received.

The entire team was professional, welcoming, and committed to helping me achieve my goals. Thanks to their expertise and support, I have made significant progress and felt encouraged every step of the way. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking high-quality physical therapy care.

This is my first experience with MedSTAR health physical therapy. I go to the Waugh Chapel facility located in Crofton, MD. I am very satisfied with my progress and I give the therapist all the recognition. All technicians are friendly and they work as a team. I would highly recommend this facility.

Did PT at Medstar location. Also, Medstar provided videos to do PT at home. Result was significant decrease in sciatica pain. The instructor, Shamir, was excellent. Overall experience was a 10.

I had a great deal of pain in my thigh and could hardly lift my leg off the floor. My kids kept telling me that I needed to have physical therapy. However, I resisted because I figured that I was just old and there was nothing that could be done. Things gradually got worse and getting in and out of bed and in and out of the car was very very painful. I could no longer go up and down stairs without pain. Riding my bike was out of the question. I enjoyed water aerobics but when I could no longer climb out of the pool unassisted I finally decided to listen to my kids and see the doctor. After a MRI the doctor referred me to physical therapy. At MedStar I was lucky enough to be assigned to Chris Wood who got me on the road to recovery. Over twice a week for 5 weeks Chris taught me a series of exercises that has definitely helped and I can now raise my leg without alot of pain. I do the exercises daily at home every day and my leg is gradually getting better. I now have no problem getting in and out of bed and it is much easier to get in and out of the car. Physical therapy at MedStar was the best thing I could have done.

I had a very disappointing experience at this physical therapy location. The front desk staff was consistently rude and unprofessional, and the supervisor I encountered was even worse. I gave the place a second chance after my first bad visit, but unfortunately, the service was even more unpleasant the second time. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend going here and will not be returning

The staff at Medstar is friendly and knowledgeable. They help you work with your goals and explain your treatment thoroughly .
