This 5 star rating applied when Dr. Shantz practiced here. Since he retired we were assigned to Dr. Lawson who promptly left the practice. We had seenor spoken to other doctors at the practice when Dr Shantz wasn't available and wanted to select one of them to be our primary care doctor. We were told we couldn't do that because all the doctors at this practice weren't accepting new patients, but we could go to another location and choose a new doctor. We are NOT new patients at this practice since we have interacted with doctors here and feel comfortable choosing a new primary care doctor from whom we are familiar.Please hire some new physicians at this practice to alleviate...read full review

As many others have said “I’ve been a patient here forever.” My Dr. has always been great. However, since becoming part of Luminis, something has changed, not for the better. They seem to want to add charge to the bill and no one there wants to listen to concerns about it. I’ll be looking for a new primary care doctor.

Dr. Martin is fantastic. She always has provided great and thorough care. My family has been really happy with them.I noticed bad reviews of the system centered around the late policy but I don't understand the outrage. Some doctors offices not only don't accommodate, but also charge a fee. Whenever I go to any doctor I plan an early arrival so if something happens on the way you're covered. This system reminds you of your visit AND asks you to show up early in all the reminders. When you consider this their 10 min late policy is more like 20-25min which is pretty generous.
