Turned to Love's Heating and Air Conditioning on the recommendation of a friend and neighbor because I wanted to replace my furnace and air conditioner with a heat pump, along with my hot water heater. I received excellent service from Love's. They were efficient, courteous, professional, did an excellent job and responded to all of my questions. Highly recommend!
Our geothermal A/C unit was wrecked over the summer during the heat wave- we had another company to look over to tell us we needed to replace our entire system (would’ve been 17k+ fix). We then found and got Love’s to come and look at it to find it was only a sensor issue. We only had to wait two weeks for parts to come in for them to fix it in 3 hours. Very trustworthy, when we initially called they told us upfront weekend prices were going to be more than normal work hour prices- felt like they were looking out for us financially in that aspect.
We came home from work on a record setting heat day to find that our air conditioning wasn’t working. Love came out within an hour of contacting them to fix the problem. The technical was wonderful and quickly resolved the issue. Highly recommend!
