Bella Nails has taken great care of me for years now! I received very careful and meticulous care from Tony on my last visit. I appreciate their attentive staff and relaxing atmosphere. I always see Sony on my usual visits too. They are all great!

I got a Deluxe pedicure from Tony and it was fabulous! My toes look great and my legs feel great. The pedicure included some intense leg massaging, which hurt so good! Tony was meticulous applying the polish and in general very attentive. He consistently told me what he was doing and asked if the temperature/pressure/etc was ok. The place was sanitary and everyone was very kind. I’ve been here a few times before and I’ll certainly come back!

So I had a wonderful gel tip/manicure with Mimi yesterday. Told her exactly what I wanted and got what I asked for. When I got home wasn’t really liking what I asked for. Today I went in and apologized for changing my mind and they happily redid my nails. When I went to pay the owner said No Charge!! What a pleasant surprise! I’ll always go back because of Mimi and the great service there!!

Stylist: Lee was amazing!! She’s my all around stylist for life ❤️ She did it all. Lashes, eyebrows, pink & white nails , feet, legs OH MY!! And the owner Richard was awesome and engaging!

They are in a hurry... And several of the nail techs do the dipping powder completely incorrectly. One of them wanted to grind completely down without wrapping and remover! Can you imagine taking off the first layer of your nail? She got angry when I told her to stop... She turned me over to someone else that just stuck my hand and nail polish remover and a bowl, I said that was not good for your skin. She should not do that and she got mad. Never again.

I asked for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. There was absolutely no wait time and I was greeted right away and services began. The facility was nice and clean. The sound of waterfalls was very relaxing in the back ground and the massage seats were comfy and cozy.
Cleanliness: Very clean and smelled good.

Initially, I was not happy because the the first point of contact when entering the salon was turning me away saying they could not do my eyebrows in the manner in which I inquired. Once I refuted her response, thus indicating I was referred to see Lee, then her entire attitude changed and proceeded to connect me with Lee. Had I not been persistent and instead walked away as she encouraged, I would have missed out on a great experience "Lee"! My advice to the owner is to be very mindful as to who you place on the front line to greet customers because they represent you and your establishment. You do not want a sour lemon to tarnish your place of business. Once feeling as if I forced my way in Lee was a breath of fresh air. Kudos to Lee, I was very satisfied ?. I shall return!
