Bay Country Floors in Mount Airy installed flooring along with base molding. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Excellent workmanship and customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Bay Country Floors installed hardwood floors throughout my 1st floor and did an excellent job! They were great to deal with from selecting the flooring, pricing and final installation. It’s been over a year since installation and floors still look beautiful.

I went in to purchase flooring, was greeted by the manager who was not very friendly, sold me an extra box of flooring I did not need, spoke to the owner who was just as rude as his manager!! Stay away
