Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional staff. I came to ATI a few years ago for some problems with my left knee, and the PT basically solved the problem. I’ve come back to strengthen and increase flexibility for an upcoming right knee replacement.
The ladies here are very attentive to my needs!! They are kind, nice and funny. They make you feel very comfortable. They also explain and breakdown what, why and how the therapy treatment they put in place helps!! Keep up the good work ladies. This is my second time coming to them. I was there over a year ago!! I would recommend to anyone to receive therapy from ATI..
Excellent in-office care, but a very frustrating call center experience
The in-office team at the Gambrills ATI Physical Therapy are amazing, and treatment from the therapist and the front-desk staff has been excellent However, the corporate phone system makes communicating with the local office extremely difficult and frustrating.
Instead of a direct line, calls are routed to a call center where agents repeatedly ask too many questions. When the goal was simply to speak to the therapist about an issue, the process felt unnecessarily complex and controlled. The unhelpful and unprofessional attitude from the call center staff made the experience even worse.
