Buyer beware…. They will charge you for everything…they do not respond to emails, or phone calls… they will broker through other companies….. make sure you read the contract

This company is a nightmare. We were up charged the day of moving and had no choice but to pay since we had flights booked. They nickel and dime everything. They demanded we pay before unloading our belongings and said damages would be handled through insurance. We had damaged belongings after waiting weeks to receive our stuff. We called for weeks after that trying to figure out how to file a claim. No one ever called us back. I finally got someone on the phone who told us how. We filed our claim.
