This was my first time using Simply Home Service and it was such a good experience, that not only do I plan to use this company again for any future air conditioning, HVAC or water heater issues, I’ve also recommended this company to family members.
The owner of the company Sean was punctual, personable and professional. He promptly diagnosed and fixed my nonfunctioning outdoor AC condenser unit (turns out it needed a new dual run capacitor) and at my impromptu request during the appointment, he fixed another issue pertaining to my HVAC damper. It was a pleasant experience to work with Sean Cohen of Simply Home Service. He arrived on time, is very knowledgeable and nice. He made time to assess the cause of my abnormally high electric (heating) bill. He found that the heat pump was not functioning due to a faulty thermostat ( which was recently replaced by another HVAC company). Sean is very thorough with his work and I appreciated how he explained things so I was happy to sign up for Spring and Fall maintenance of my HVAC system with his company.
