Simply Home Service is exceptional, the best experience I have had with a HVAC contractor. Sean is Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and punctual, He was very thorough and diagnosing my problem, he recommended that I replace the furnace located in my attic due to the age of the unit being 28 years old. In addition he pointed out several issues which the original Installer should have done. He remedied those issues by installing a drip pan underneath the entire furnace, heat tape around the drain lines and a hydro switch to detect any water leaks.
